Markforged print farm

An affordable solution to scale metal and carbon fiber 3D printing production

Scroll down
Cost-Effective Production Capacity
Economically scale metal and carbon fiber additive manufacturing on one industrial printing platform. Print Farms deliver increased production efficiency, higher part throughput, and a wide range of industrial materials for design flexibility.
Portfolio of Industrial Materials
Print high-strength parts made of metals such as 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, Inconel 625, and A2 Tool Steel, as well as composites that are lighter than, and as strong as 6061 aluminum — all from the same cloud-based printer fleet management platform.

17-4 PH Stainless Steel combines high strength, corrosion resistance, and hardness, making it widely used in aerospace, medical and petroleum industries. We use it to make assembly fixtures and tooling for our Industrial Series 3D printers.

Also known as marine-grade Stainless Steel, 316L stainless steel exhibits very good corrosion resistance and excellent weldability.

A2 & D2
BETA

A2 Tool Steel is air-hardened and has excellent impact resistance. Print punches, dies, and form tooling on the
Metal X.
D2 Tool Steel is an air-hardened tool steel with high carbon and chromium content that trades toughness for great hardness and abrasion resistance. Print industrial cutting tools and dies on the Metal X.

print with

Inconel 625

Inconel is a nickel-chromium based superalloy that is highly resistant to harsh corrosive and oxidative environments. Easy to print, use it to make high-temperature engine components, high-temperature tooling, or for petrochemical processing tools.

print with

Ti-6Al-4V

Bearing the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal, Titanium 6-4 is ideal for lightweight applications and has both high tensile strength and fatigue resistance. It is widely used in aerospace applications such as airframe components and turbine blades.
